There have been a couple of announcements from the LEQ division of the Welsh Government:
-Currently they do not provide guidance on the interpretation of Dog Control Order legislation, and
-They are aware of changes to Street Litter Control Notices in England and whilst they do seem positive, there is currently no capacity in the legislative programme due to the Environment Bill going through.

1 Have these been implemented / or are in the process of being implemented in your Council area?
2 Have you included a "Dogs on Leads" order?
3 Dog Fouling – have you designated to entire Council area or restricted this to certain areas?
4 Would it be possible for you to share sample electronic copies of the artwork for your new signage?
